This engagement is designed to help leadership gain clear visibility into current initiatives before additional time, funding, or credibility is committed. It provides an objective, senior-level perspective on what is working, what is at risk, and where attention is most needed.

During this engagement, I review relevant materials, speak with key stakeholders, and assess governance, decision-making, and coordination across initiatives. The focus is on identifying root causes—not symptoms—and providing practical guidance leadership can act on.

STABILIZE & RECOVER

This engagement provides interim leadership support for initiatives that are stalled, high-risk, or placing strain on existing leadership capacity. The goal is to restore structure, accountability, and forward momentum.

I work alongside leadership to clarify roles, establish governance, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, and address risks that are slowing progress. This is a hands-on engagement focused on steady leadership and follow-through.

LEAD FRACTIONALLY

This ongoing engagement offers senior-level leadership support on a part-time basis, scaled to the organization’s needs. It is designed for organizations managing multiple initiatives or ongoing complexity without the need for a full-time leadership role.

In this role, I provide consistent oversight, coordination, and executive-ready reporting, while supporting leadership with decision-making, prioritization, and accountability.
