ABOUT
Cummins Fractional Leadership Advisory was created to support mission-driven organizations during periods of complexity, growth, or transition—when experienced leadership is needed but a full-time role is not practical. I work alongside schools, nonprofits, and regulated organizations to provide steady, senior-level leadership support focused on clarity, accountability, and execution.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in real-world experience. I help leadership teams navigate competing priorities, strengthen governance, and move important work forward in a way that respects organizational culture, capacity, and mission. Fractional leadership allows organizations to access experienced guidance scaled to their needs—without unnecessary disruption or long-term overhead.

At its core, this work is about stewardship: supporting leaders as they make responsible decisions, manage risk, and deliver outcomes their communities can trust.

My Story
My work in organizational leadership grew out of years spent inside mission-driven, highly regulated organizations—where the work mattered deeply, resources were limited, and leaders were asked to manage increasing complexity without always having the capacity to do so.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked alongside executives, boards, and cross-functional teams to help translate strategy into practical structures, clear roles, and sustainable ways of working. I’ve seen firsthand how even well-intended initiatives can stall when governance is unclear, priorities compete, or change moves faster than people can absorb. Those experiences shaped how I approach leadership today.

I am a doctoral prepared organizational leader with a background in organizational leadership, change management, and enterprise transformation. My focus is on helping organizations move complex work forward responsibly—balancing operational effectiveness, regulatory requirements, and the human side of change. I bring a calm, steady presence to environments where leaders need clarity, trusted partnership, and thoughtful execution.

In addition to my advisory work, I teach graduate-level courses in change management, organizational behavior, and conflict resolution. Teaching keeps me closely connected to both research and real-world practice, and it reinforces my belief that strong leadership is built through clarity, trust, and intentional decision-making.
